Techcrest Marketing provides software development, website design, cloud integration, mobile development, and digital marketing services. Final deliverables and timelines are defined in your approved proposal or statement of work.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, timely approvals, and necessary access to systems and assets. Delays in approvals or inputs may affect project timelines and delivery milestones.
Project pricing is specified in individual proposals. Invoices are payable based on the agreed milestone schedule. Late payments may result in paused delivery and additional charges where permitted by law.
Upon full payment, ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing. Techcrest Marketing retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components.
Reasonable revisions included in your package are handled within the agreed scope. Requests outside scope are treated as change requests and may require timeline and pricing adjustments.
Post-launch support is provided according to your selected package or agreement. Warranty coverage applies to defects in delivered work and does not include new feature development unless explicitly purchased.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Techcrest Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the affected service.
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach if not cured within a reasonable notice period. Fees for completed work and approved milestones up to termination remain payable.
Techcrest Marketing may update these terms to reflect operational, legal, or regulatory changes. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Contact our team and we will guide you through scope, pricing, and agreement details before project kickoff.
